The Engagement is where we create an Engagement Package. An Engagement package is a comprehensive evaluation of the project where Nordic Consult, performs software development planning, which entails the following processes, for the effective allocation of time and material resources as well as for offering the most transparent circumstances for cooperation.
- deciding on the project’s overall concept while taking the customer’s requests, the software’s complexity, and its purpose into consideration;
- identifying the intermediary developmental stages;
- estimation of the necessary time and material resources. We use all our experience to break down the requirements into identified pieces of work (ie. Build user interface x and y). This is called a Work Break Down structure (WBS);
